Most frequent questions and answers

All domestic orders within the Netherlands are shipped via Post NL. It generally takes one-three full business days. Once you receive your initial shipping confirmation email, our next step is to print and package your merchandise. At this time your package is only being prepared for shipment.

Shipping costs to return items for an exchange or refund are covered by customers, but Deuces Apparel takes care of shipping charges when we send the exchanged items.
We cannot make exchanges or refunds if we don’t receive your package first.
If you would like to cancel an order, please send us a message through our contact form within 1 working day after your purchase and we will do the best we can to help you.
If however your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to return the order to us on your cost.

At this point in time, we cannot predict when or if products will be restocked. As a new and blossoming company we will try to restock the most desired products but also seek to improve and innovate new products for you on a consistent basis. Thank you for your understanding!

If you order before eight o’clock in the evening Then It will be in 1-2 working days. This is only for The Netherlands.

We have in Netherlands free shipping. When you live abroad the Netherlands, contact us with email info@deucesapparel.com to let you know the shipping costs.

You may return items within 30 days of receipt. For no reason. But It have to be in normal condation Within the trial period you can look at the article . Returning to us is at your own shipping cost.

If you find the article still not okay, then there is the opportunity to take this back to us. Send us an email to retour@deucesapparel.com and include you name, your order number and the product. After this, you will get your email back with the following steps. Returning to us is at your own shipping cost

If the return shipment has been received. You will get an confirmation after we receive your order.

You get after 14 days the amount refunded to the bank account that we known.

We apply the 1-year warranty, provided that they are of course still in good condition.

You can pay using IDeal Internet banking or we offer you the possibility to pay through PayPal. We are still working on further developments in payment options.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. This means that the products must be not worn or washed and that the tags still have to be on.
As soon as we will receive your package, we will check the items and send you an
e-mail informing you that we have received your package and that the exchange/refund you asked for will be issued within 10 working days.
When you return items to Deuces Apparel you can:
– Change the size or the colour of the product,
– Change the product with a different one that has the same commercial value,
– Ask for a refund of the products you sent back,
– Ask for a Discount Code you can use on your next purchase (It will have the exact amount you paid when you purchased)
If you would like to exchange something with a product that has a different commercial value, please contact our customer service through our contact form. Our Customer service will take care of your request and we will help you finding a suitable solution about the exchange.
Before returning the items asking for an exchange, please check if the items you would like are available on our website. If they aren’t, unfortunately it means that we don’t have them in stock. Please keep in mind that if something is available when you send the package, it might be sold out when we actually receive it. In this case we won’t be able to make the exchange you asked for and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 14 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
